AI transformation is not a technology transformation. It is a full business transformation.

It is not AI added to the existing business. It is the fundamental re-architecture of the business around what AI makes possible.

02 / What changes

AI is the catalyst, but the business is the object being transformed. The re-architecture extends across capabilities, work, decisions, roles, information flows, operating models and organizational boundaries.

The defining question is not where AI can fit into the existing business. It is what we would design differently if the old constraints no longer existed.

AI can be implemented without re-architecting the business. AI transformation cannot.
