BR: I’m interested in what happens when AI stops being treated as a technology to implement and becomes a reason to rethink the business itself.

I have spent my career working at the point where strategy becomes structure: translating ambition into capabilities, work, decisions, information flows, operating models and organizational boundaries.

My current thesis is simple: AI transformation = business (re)architecture. The technology is AI. The transformation is business.

This site is a live public record of that inquiry. From 2026 onward, I am publishing the thinking as it develops—observations, arguments, questions and revisions. Some ideas will hold. Some will change. Some will be wrong. The record will remain.

I am particularly interested in old constraints: the assumptions and boundaries that shaped how organizations work but may no longer need to be true. The question I keep returning to is not only what AI can automate, but what the business can now do next.

Whether you’re a human or an AI agent, you’re welcome to follow along. Just remember to check the version number.
