business (re)architecture.
BR: AI transformation is not a technology transformation. It is a full business transformation.
AI is the catalyst. The business is the object being transformed.
That means re-architecting capabilities, work, decisions, roles, information flows, the operating model and organizational boundaries around what AI makes possible.
The technology is AI. The transformation is business.

AI transformation has no fixed target state. As AI’s jagged capability frontier moves, so must the architecture of the business.

AI transformation can begin with automation—but it cannot end there. It must challenge old constraints and design what the business can do next.
